In this fun, unique and hands-on 90 minute beginners class at the wonderful Japaneasy Christmas Festival 2023, you will create beautiful nerikiri, a class of Japanese confectionery (wagashi) provided in the traditional Japanese tea ceremony. Almost too beautiful to eat, nerikiri are designed to engage all your senses!
